It is normal to not have AT lit.
PoE Out - is the ethernet cable going to the Nightwave Digital
DATA IN - goes to the MFD.*
*Check your MFD's user manual to see if any additional components are needed to protect the MFDs. For instance, If using Garmin MFDs - A Garmin® Power over Ethernet (PoE) Isolation Coupler (P/N 010-10580-10) must be used when connecting Ethernet devices to a Garmin Marine Network.
