Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties in writing, all prices set forth in the Terms and payment terms for all Goods purchased under the Terms are net 30 to SIONYX.
Customer shall pay all applicable freight charges and any and all taxes and duties that are imposed by applicable laws, regulations, or rules arising out of or related to the purchase of such Goods, including without limitation, all sales tax, use tax, and value-added tax.
Customer shall pay all such taxes regardless of whether or not they are itemized on SIONYX's invoice.
